Duties & Responsibilities

  • Learn, develop, and build experience in the Insurance Industry.
  • Understand client needs and priorities and ensure their needs are met.
  • Drafting/review of all insurance related matters for client Board meeting packs.
  • Presentation of insurance related matters to internal Directors and internal and external business partners.
  • Develop business plans and monitor results of all action plans and effectiveness of plans implemented.
  • Drafting/review and presenting weekly and monthly reports.
  • Review processes, design and implement process improvement and optimization and the ongoing management thereof.
  • Completes or assists in completing any other projects or work as assigned by the internal Directors/management team, delivering to any set timescale agreed.
  • Collectively, develop high-level plans and sub-target plans for the team.
  • Build wide and effective networks of contacts inside and outside the organization.
