AIE’s placement fees for permanent placement are based on the applicant’s annual income and are invoiced on a monthly basis. The fees are calculated as a percentage of the applicant’s annual income and are as follows:

• For annual incomes between R24 000 and R120 000, the fee is 11%.
• For annual incomes between R120 000 and R240 000, the fee is 12%.
• For annual incomes above R240 000, the fee is 13%.

It’s important to note that these fees are applicable only for permanent placements and are subject to a 90-day guarantee period.

This means that if the applicant leaves the job or is terminated within 90 days of the commencement date of employment, AIE will provide a replacement candidate at no extra cost.

The placement fee is payable within 7 days from the commencement date of employment, and all fees quoted are exclusive of VAT.

For temporary/short-term/contract/managed placements, AIE negotiates fees on a case-by-case basis. These fees are billed as consulting services on a monthly basis, and a minimum commitment of 3 months is required from the client.

If the client cannot commit to this minimum period, AIE will supplement the placement with internal consultants, where possible.

It’s worth noting that AIE’s placement services are not restricted to its own graduates. Job seekers from any institution or background can use AIE’s placement services by paying the applicable fees.
