Our client, who is a national group of private mental health hospitals providing quality inpatient care, is looking for a General Hospital Manager to join their team based at a brand new facility in Berea, Durban, KZN.

The General Hospital Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the psychiatric hospital. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including:
-Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the healthcare professionals to provide the highest quality of care.
-Resource Management: Manage the allocation of hospital resources, including budget and equipment.
-Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
