Job Description
Looking for a chance to join a dynamic and agile team of Professionals where you can develop a broad range of Insurance expertise? Old Mutual Insure would like to render an opportunity to aspiring learners and provide exposure to a FETC: Contact Centre Operations Learnership Qualification (NQF Level 4).
This is a 12-month INSETA-accredited learnership programme.
You will gain valuable workplace experience while completing this formal qualification.
Programme Information
The Learnership Programme is an entry-level learning initiative to source, build and create a sustainable pipeline of talented people who will support businesses in meeting their objectives. It provides learners with a blend of theoretical training and on-the-job practical workplace experience.
Who Can Apply
• South African citizen
• Unemployed
• Between the ages of 18 – 34
• Must be in possession of a Matric Certificate (Maths / Maths Literacy & 2 Languages)
• Computer Literacy
• Post Matric qualification will be advantageous
Programme Requirements
• May not have done or be registered for a Learnership through INSETA.
• Disabled candidates must produce a medical certificate.
• May not be studying or intend to study in 2023
• May not have more than 1 year of work experience
• Have a clear Credit and criminal record
