How to Check Tfg Account Application Status
If you made an order however and are looking to track your order, the following information is especially for you.
TFG OFFERS DOOR DELIVERY
For orders excluding furniture:

- Delivery is FREE to an address of your choice for orders to the value of R500 or more
- A delivery fee of R50 is charged on orders under R500
- Delivery takes place between 9 am and 5 pm from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
For furniture orders:
- Furniture items are delivered separately from other items
- An additional delivery fee, calculated at checkout, will be applied to your order. The fee is calculated using the location of your address relative to our distribution center
- TFG offers an assembly service, free of charge if the item comes unassembled
- Please ensure sufficient space to receive the goods
- TFG & our Couriers are not able to hoist goods onto balconies in office or apartment complexes
